At Impact Martial Arts, we are committed to establishing positive growth for our students and the community in a safe, supportive environment. Our students learn important physical skills of self defense, but also learn to stand up for themselves by building confidence and self-esteem.
Our Martial Art, Tang Soo Do, is a Korean martial art that has been passed on for many years. Discipline, respect, and focus are core values of this art.
These classes are for young children ages 4-5 (Tigers) and 6-7. (Dragons) The main purpose of this class is enhancing coordination, balance and gross motor skills. This class also actively teaches discipline, respect, and builds up self-confidence.
These classes are for all youth ages 8 to 12. The Children’s class will focus on learning traditional martial arts, learning awareness and self defense and how to establish a healthy lifestyle. Benefits include increased confidence, discipline and gaining leadership skills.
These classes are for students ages 13 and over. Students in this class will learn traditional martial arts, street awareness and self defense and also establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Benefits include a sense of fulfillment, integration of mind, body and spirit and keeping a 2000 year old tradition alive.
